BD250 – Dry Running Seal for Glass Line

BD250 has been designed with Compact Cartridge Unit for Top, Bottom and side Entry Drive in Glass Lined Reactor, Agitators and Mixers. These Seal specially designed for any mixed and pressurized liquid in Vessel with Top Entry Agitators where no leakage of Highly Acidic Process Gas OR Fluids to the Environment can be tolerated. These seals don’t require any external media for lubricating the faces, that is why they are known as dry running seal. Type BD250 Dry Running Seal can easily converted from dry running to Liquid lubricated wet seal. Type Name then Changes from BD250 TO BW250. These Seals are used without Bearing Seal Type BD250 and With Bearing Seal Type BD250B. These seals are designed with Cooling Water Jacket to maintain cool environment around the Seal.
