B200D – Double Seal for Glass Lined Reactor

B200D has been designed with Dual-Pressurized Cartridge Unit for Glass lined mixing and agitating equipment with a top, Bottom-entry Agitator. The seal has a value-engineered design, with a high level of standardization and a broad range of material options making this seal a cost-efficient solution for general-duty applications in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry. The seal Type B200D is ready to fit and factory tested unit. They are designed for use on glass-made agitated chemical reaction vessels. The seals are designed for handling severe services including products emitting toxic vapours during reaction process. These Seals are used without Bearing Seal Type B200D and With Bearing Seal Type B200DB. The design incorporates bearing located very close to the seal. This standard feature effectively arrests the shaft whip for smooth and trouble-free operation enabling enhanced seal life. These seals are designed with Cooling Water Jacket to maintain cool environment around the Seal.
